Screen Printing
From Start to Finish...
It all starts with your print-ready design. We separate your design by color before burning it to each screen.
Then we set up each screen on our press and begin laying the color into each garment. Each color is then flash-cured after printing, before applying the next color.
The final steps are curing the ink in our 690-degree conveyer dryer, then folding and stacking.
Custom Embroidery
Your custom-design is digitized to ensure proper thread count, then carefully positioned and sewn onto your shirts, hats and jackets. We strive for a perfect outcome every time.

I can't really say enough about Webfoot! I had T-shirts, tote bags, and sweatshirts printed with student designs for a class fundraiser. The quality of the products was outstanding, the cost was such that we could really make money on the fundraiser, and Webfoot made the whole process simple and easy.
